L.I.F.E Platform — L.I.F.ECoach121.com Limited

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the L.I.F.E Platform, the L.I.F.E AI Enhancer VS Code extension, and all related APIs and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by L.I.F.ECoach121.com Limited (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), a company registered in England & Wales.

By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account & API Keys

You may need to register an account or obtain an API key to access certain features.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
We may suspend or revoke access if we detect misuse, policy violations, or security threats.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms, including:

Adaptive learning and self-improvement.
Coding-session optimisation via the VS Code extension.
EEG / neural signal processing for clinical or research purposes.
Enterprise workforce upskilling and analytics.

5. Prohibited Use

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from the Service or its algorithms.
Using API responses for AI model training, fine-tuning, or dataset creation without prior written consent.
Exceeding published rate limits or attempting to circumvent access controls.
Uploading malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorised access.
Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the Service without a written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The L.I.F.E Theory, Venturi 3-Gate pipeline, UCI/UKCI scoring models, and all associated algorithms, documentation, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of L.I.F.ECoach121.com Limited. No licence to these is granted except as expressly set out in a signed written agreement.

7. Service Availability & Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L.I.F.ECoach121.com Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

9. Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy & GDPR Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension changelog or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
